Jeanette returned to Macquarie in early 2022 to join the Private Capital Markets team. In her role, Jeanette advises corporate and financial sponsor clients on access to equity capital for significant private capital transactions across sectors such as infrastructure and energy, telecommunications, industrials, and transport.

Jeanette is responsible for managing relationships with the world’s largest institutional investors, including pension funds, superannuation funds, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers, providing advice and guidance to these investors on deal flow and investment opportunities in the ANZ region that meet individual mandates and strategic objectives.

For the six years prior, Jeanette worked for a range of large infrastructure corporates across their treasury and investor relations functions, including as an Assistant Treasurer for Transurban and as the Director Investor Relations for Atlas Arteria.

Prior to her time in corporate, Jeanette spent seven years working for Macquarie in the Equity Capital Markets team where she specialised in executing transactions across listed hybrid, equity and debt capital raisings, across a broad range of industry groups.
