With our event for Tokyo Governor Koike recently a huge success, we’re looking forward to a full year of DEI related activities in the AJBCC.

Related to this, new legislation on the horizon in 2024 will mean the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) will publish the gender pay gap for employers with 100 or more employees. It’s crucial for organisations to be prepared.
