13 Feb AJBCC Member News: TDC Global Gender Pay Gap
With our event for Tokyo Governor Koike recently a huge success, we’re looking forward to a full year of DEI related activities in the AJBCC.
Related to this, new legislation on the horizon in 2024 will mean the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) will publish the gender pay gap for employers with 100 or more employees. It’s crucial for organisations to be prepared.
AJBCC member company, TDC Global, has developed a comprehensive toolkit resource to support organisations in navigating this upcoming change.
TDC Global is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultancy dedicated to helping organisations succeed by integrating DEI practices. Their toolkit is intended to equip organisations with the necessary resources to address and bridge gender pay gaps, ensuring they attract, retain, and advance top talent through leveraging generational, cultural, and gender diversity.
Access the toolkit here.
TDC believes this resource will be particularly beneficial for organisations within the AJBCC community as they prepare to meet the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolving landscape of workplace gender equality. Take advantage of this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace environment!
