It’s an electrifying moment as the 60th Annual Joint Business Conference has officially begun with a spectacular opening ceremony!

We started with a warm “Welcome to Country” by Wurrundjeri elder Uncle Perry Wandin recognising the rich Indigenous heritage of our land.

Opening remarks by:

  • Mr. Peter Grey, President AJBCC
  • Mr. Michiaki Hirose, Chairman JABCC
  • Mr. Kazuhiro Suzuki, Ambassador of Japan to Australia
  • Mr. Justin Hayhurst, Ambassador of Australia to Japan

 

In addition, we were honoured with messages from the Prime Ministers of both Japan and Australia.
