Yokogawa and AUSTRALIA-JAPAN RELATIONS

Yokogawa may be a relatively new member of AJBCC, but we have been promoting Japanese business and customer relations for almost forty years. Building on the best aspects of Japanese industry; quality, relatability, pioneering spirit, and contribution to society; we have provided Australian businesses and critical infrastructure with the means to effectively operate and manage their operations even in the most challenging of environments.

Building such strong cross-cultural business relationships also requires a high degree of commitment and investment in Australia. Yokogawa has done this through commitment to significant local engineering resources and being actively involved in developing the next generations of engineers. We do this through taking the depth of expertise we have gained through involvement in some of Australia’s largest industrial and infrastructure projects and using this to build a platform for the engineers of the future.

We are committed to supporting Australian industry through developing the highest possible resilience with quality products, solutions, engineering, and service. This was especially important during Covid lockdowns when borders were closed and travel was restricted. Our 24/7/365 local approach to supporting industry ensured they remained operational at all times and were minimally impacted throughout.

MESSAGE FROM RUSSELL PALMER

Managing Director Yokogawa Australia

I would like to say a huge congratulations to AJBCC for this remarkable milestone and sixty years of continuous contributions to business relations between the two countries. The importance of having clear lines of communication, business directives and opportunities cannot be understated. The amazing achievements of the committee over this extended period is testament to the vision which was turned to reality all those years ago.
