TDC Global AND AUSTRALIA-JAPAN RELATIONS

TDC Global (formerly The Dream Collective) is a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consultancy that enables organisations to succeed by integrating DEI. We equip our partners to attract, retain and advance top talent through leveraging generational, cultural and gender diversity.

Operating across the Asia-Pacific region, we localise our offerings to the specific market and their unique DEI journey and challenges. With headquarters in Australia, we’re able to share insights and best practices from one of the most advanced countries in DEI and leverage them to accelerate progress in Japan.

Some of our biggest clients across Australia and Japan include Coca Cola, Adobe, Suntory, Cisco, Novartis, Indeed, New Relic, NEC and Asahi.
Organisations that partner with us see greater diverse representation including in leadership positions, more inclusive organisational cultures, leading to improved retention of talent and ultimately, better business outcomes.

We are dedicated to accelerating societal progress towards equity, particularly in Japan and Australia. To do this, we bring people together and provide a platform for conversations that focus on overcoming challenges and developing leading DEI initiatives, commonly referred to as the only platforms that exist for these kind of conversations, particularly in Japan.
