The Principals of Kokusai Business Advisory (KBA) have been involved in the Australia-Japan business relationship for many decades in various capacities and established KBA to fulfil their long and enduring commitment to see the bi-lateral business relationship grow through successful business dealings whether by direct investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions or otherwise.
KEY MILESTONES
KBA was established in 2017 and provides advisory services for Japanese subsidiaries, joint ventures and partnerships in Australia and for Australian firms wishing to form partnerships with Japanese companies.
