Renaissance Strategic Advisors (RSA) is a global consultancy dedicated to the defence, aerospace, and national security sectors. We support companies and government stakeholders with strategic advice, market insight, growth planning, and M&A support across complex, highly regulated markets. With teams in Washington, London, Paris, Tokyo and Melbourne, we bring an integrated, multi-regional perspective to programmes that span the US, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific.
In the Australia-Japan sphere, RSA advises clients on emerging opportunities shaped by AUKUS, JAUKUS cooperation, technology protection, and the deepening industrial and operational links between Canberra and Tokyo. Our activity includes market assessments, partnership strategy, supply-chain mapping, and competitor analysis for companies seeking to position themselves across both markets. We help clients understand the distinctive policy environments, industrial bases, and acquisition pathways, and support their efforts to build trusted, cross-border relationships aligned with shared regional security objectives.
Michael Formosa, Managing Partner, will be the AJBCC nominated representative and is based in London, UK.

WGEH is a multi-phased wind, solar and green hydrogen development, located on Mirning traditional lands in the south-east corner of Western Australia, across the Shire of Dundas and the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The area is an undulating tableland and has advantageous diurnal profiles of untapped wind and sun.
In its first phase, the WGEH project will generate up to 6GW of hybrid wind and solar power. This energy will be used to produce up to 330Ktpa of zero-carbon green hydrogen. The fully phased WGEH project will produce around 3.5 Mtpa of green hydrogen (delivering approximately 1.8mtpa of Ammonia in its first phase), to be made available for use in power generation, supply of shipping fuel, minerals processing and heavy transport – delivered to South East Asian Countries including Japan.
Dr Raymond Macdonald, Project Director and CEO of Western Green Energy Hub, will be the AJBCC nominated representative and is based in Perth, WA.
