InterContinental Energy is looking to engage with the Japanese market for investors, off-takers, engineering services, technology providers, and government, finance, and trade organisations.

As The Trusted Partner in Hydrogen, InterContinental Energy focuses on optimising outcomes for all stakeholders, including First Nations and other communities, as well as collaborating with project partners to deliver value to its strategic investors.

Isaac Hinton, Head of Australia at InterContinental Energy, will be the AJBCC nominated representative and is based in Perth, WA.

Established in 2011, M Resources supplies steelmaking raw materials to a key customer base through investment, trading and marketing. The company holds investments throughout the coal value chain, including mines, port and haulage infrastructure, mine services, mine closure and rehabilitation.

M Resources is among the top three seaborne metallurgical coal movers in the world, exporting over 20 million metric tons annually.

M Resources has market presence across Australia, North and South Asia, Europe, North and South America. Their offices are located in Brisbane (HQ), Singapore, London, Pittsburgh and Zug, Switzerland.

The company specialises in trading a range of coal products for steelmaking including prime hard coking coal (HCC), low volatile HCC, semi soft coking coal and PCI, with exclusive marketing rights for Stanmore Resources, Illawarra Metallurgical Coal, and Bowen Coking Coal in Australia, and Allegiance New Elk in the United States.

M Resources owns a 50% share and management rights in OneRail, a leading rail company in NSW/Queensland, a controlling shareholding in underground mining services group Metarock, and investments in other mining companies including Stanmore Resources.

Matt Latimore, President of M Group (M Resources Pty Ltd), will be the AJBCC nominated representative and is based in Brisbane, QLD.

Over the years, starting with delivery of a steam turbine for a power generation plant in Collinsville, a town in the suburbs of Townsville, Queensland in 1969, the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group has supplied numerous thermal power generation systems, compressors, and metals machinery to Australia, helping contribute to Australia’s rapid development.

Going forward, through Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Australia, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will devote its companywide resources to forming close ties with customers and markets within Australia and throughout the Oceania region, undertaking ever more energetic activities to contribute to the economic and industrial development of this whole region.
