AJBCC member Shinka Management has published a guide to Japanese Business Culture, as a new resource introducing the core aspects of business etiquette and manners in Japan.
Shinka Management is an Australian company providing services to clients in 70 countries with a focus on Japanese management practices, including lean manufacturing and kaizen-focused consulting and training services, and industry study tours to Japan.
The recently released guide is tailored to support foreign organizations that are currently active or considering entry into the Japanese market, as well as Japanese multinational corporations that have foreign staff keen on cultivating strong, effective relationships with their Japanese counterparts.
The guide was written based on the experience of the Shinka Management team in supporting clients over the past 15 years with Japanese Business Culture training aimed at bridging cultural and communication gaps for better business outcomes when engaging with Japan.
The Guide to Japanese Business Culture is now accessible on the Shinka Management website in English, Japanese and Spanish.
