Famille Capital’s Executive Chairman, Andrew Hagger, has been a frequent business visitor to Japan over three decades. During his time as CEO of MLC and NAB Wealth, Mr Hagger led NAB’s relationship and business partnership with Nippon Life resulting in the acquisition by Nippon Life of initially 80% of the MLC Life Insurance Business.

I-Environment Investments Pacific (IEIP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation (Tokyo, Japan), investing in infrastructure projects across Australasia.
IEIP currently invests in the Victorian Desalination Plant, located in Wonthaggi, Victoria, building on ITOCHU’s strong platform of water and environmental projects worldwide.
The IEIP team also manages ITOCHU’s involvement in the Qtectic consortium delivering the New Generation Rolling Stock Project in Queensland. This was ITOCHU’s first investment in the PPP rail sector in Australia, advancing the company’s long and successful track record of participating in rail projects globally.
IEIP’s objective is to expand its portfolio in Australia and New Zealand through targeted investments in high-quality infrastructure assets across various sectors, including transportation, water, waste, and the environment.
Timothy Griffiths, Investment Director, will be the AJBCC nominated representative and is based in Sydney, NSW.
