On 24 July 2024 in Sydney, the AJBCC Real Estate Investment Advisory Committee hosted an engaging session around the burgeoning opportunities in Australia’s BTR sector, led by BTR pioneers Angela Buckley and Christian Grahame.
The BTR sector is far more mature in Japan than in Australia, meaning there are great opportunities for high quality Japanese investments here to help address our housing shortfalls. Modern Build-to-Rent offerings thrive when they focus on providing more than just buildings – catering for modern lifestyles. Another example of how our countries’ businesses can work together for mutual benefit.
