Visit to Minato Acres Energy Center
The minato AQULS development project aims to realise sustainable regional development and an environmentally harmonised society by introducing advanced low-carbon technologies into urban development. The center is the first smart energy network in the Chubu region, and is working on thorough energy conservation and CO2 reduction throughout the entire area.
Visit to the Kirin Beer Factory
A tour of the factory where Kirin Ichiban Shibori is produced.
The Nagoya brewery is working to combat climate change by sourcing 100% of all of their purchased electric power from renewable energy.

Visit to the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology
Built in the birthplace of the Toyota Group, the museum preserves the original early 20th century plant as industrial heritage. It allows visitors to experience the changes in textile technology that underpinned the development of modern Japan and in automobile technologies that are still breaking through new horizons today, through the dynamic exhibits and demos of actual machinery.
The museum is recognised as a “Heritage of Industrial Modernisation” for its significant contribution to the modernisation of Japanese industry.
Visit to a cutting-edge manufacturing facility
