Over the course of 2025, the intention is to engage more widely with Japanese companies that may align with opportunities coming from the future shipbuilding and sustainment work (if MHI is successful). Consisting of teams across Sydney and Melbourne, Novus has over 1,800 units either operational or in its development pipeline with an end value in excess of $1.5billion. Novus’ development credentials in the BTR space are unrivalled with the team being involved in the design and delivery of over 4,000 BTR units in the Australian market. Novus’ property management platform has been established over the past 12 months with the team, systems and processes in place and operating their inaugural property, Novus on Sturt in Melbourne. Its investment management business has raised more than $500m in equity over the past 24 months from a range of institutional and high net worth individuals.
